When you contact Michael.

The inquiry form asks for your name, email, reason for contacting Michael, and a message. You may also choose to provide a phone number, location, budget range, or timeline. This information is used to understand and respond to your inquiry and discuss the services you request.

Messages are processed through Cloudflare and sent to Michael’s email through MXroute. Do not include account numbers, government identification, sensitive financial records, passwords, or other information that belongs in a secure transaction system.

When you explore the website.

The site does not include advertising pixels or a visitor analytics script. Cloudflare, the hosting and security provider, processes technical request information such as IP addresses, browser information, and request metadata as part of delivering and protecting the site.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. When the verification service loads, Cloudflare processes the information needed for that check. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details about its processing.

Your saved places and tools.

The community explorer may save your selected places in your browser’s local storage so you can return to them on the same device. These preferences are not an account and are not automatically sent to Michael. Clearing your saved places in the explorer or clearing this site’s browser data removes them.

Calculator and planning inputs run in your browser. If you choose to use a tool’s contact link, the selected planning details may be carried into the inquiry form. Shared shortlist links contain the selected city names in their URL; anyone you share the link with can see those choices.

Links to other services.

Official city resources, brokerage profiles, social platforms, and the scheduling page are external websites with their own privacy practices. They receive information when you choose to visit or use them. This site does not control their content or data handling.

Keeping and managing inquiries.

Inquiries may remain in Michael’s email records for follow-up and business purposes. Records related to an actual real estate transaction may be subject to additional retention requirements. You can ask about information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable by contacting Michael.
