The Peninsula.

Coast to Caltrain.

Ocean air on one side, the Bay on the other. Follow walkable downtowns and rail connections from Daly City to Menlo Park.

Get oriented.

The Peninsula puts very different landscapes close together. Bayside communities often orient toward rail corridors and established downtowns; coastal places face the Pacific and have their own routes and conditions. Travel patterns need to be tested from the actual address and at the times that matter to you.

Compare a home’s relationship to its downtown, transit station, shoreline, or hills rather than assuming that a city name tells the whole story. Housing varies from older neighborhood homes to condominiums, townhomes, and larger properties, each with its own review questions.
