The North Bay.

A little more horizon.

Marin shoreline, Sonoma and Napa town squares, and Solano’s waterfront and inland cities. A wide landscape with real differences from one town to the next.

Sausalito, California.

Get oriented.

The North Bay spans four counties and a wide range of settings: Marin’s shoreline and hills, Sonoma and Napa’s town centers and rural edges, and Solano’s waterfront and inland cities. Ferries, SMART rail, buses, bridges, and road corridors serve different parts of this landscape. Confirm the whole route before building a routine around it.

City limits, postal addresses, and county jurisdictions can tell different stories. For any property, establish the actual jurisdiction and investigate access, utility arrangements, permits, insurance, and relevant hazard information. Rural-edge and hillside homes may need a different review from an in-town condominium.
